2. IN RELATION TO THE COMMUNICATION OF THE NO PROVENANCE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

Right of withdrawal:

According to Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws in its art. 103 l) the right of withdrawal will not be applicable to contracts that refer to the supply of accommodation services for purposes other than serving as housing, transportation of goods, rental of vehicles, food or services related to leisure activities, if the Contracts provide for a specific date or period of performance.

Therefore, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
